The Seer is an astrology-based entertainment application. It combines astronomical calculations with AI-generated text to produce readings. All readings, insights, and content are provided strictly for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are not predictions, guarantees, or statements of fact about your past, present, or future.
The Seer does not provide and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not make important life decisions based on readings from this app. If you need professional guidance, consult a qualified, licensed professional in the relevant field.
All readings are generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI) combined with astronomical data (Swiss Ephemeris). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not applicable to your specific situation. You should evaluate all readings yourself and understand that they do not reflect objective truth. The Seer is an AI system, not a human astrologer.
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Seer. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the service, we reserve the right to restrict access.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
The Seer's design, code, and branding are our property. Your readings are generated for your personal use. You may share individual readings but may not systematically reproduce or redistribute the service.
You use The Seer at your own risk and by your own free and voluntary choice. You acknowledge that: (a) readings are AI-generated entertainment and may contain content you find upsetting, inaccurate, or disagree with; (b) you are solely responsible for any actions you take or refrain from taking as a result of readings received through this service; and (c) The Seer is not a substitute for your own judgment or professional advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SEER AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY, LOSS, INJURY, OR RISK (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) INCURRED AS A CONSEQUENCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY ACTIONS YOU TAKE OR REFRAIN FROM TAKING AS A RESULT OF READINGS OR INFORMATION YOU RECEIVE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Seer and its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any actions you take or refrain from taking based on readings or content received through the service.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
